We offer over 10 weekly regularly scheduled group fitness classes.  

Our awesome classes are for all fitness levels! Whether you are a brand new to fitness, or you are an avid fitness gal, you will be challenged at a level that will push you out of your comfort zone! These classes are included in the monthly memberships or can be used for class passes.  

We also offer session based classes. These classes are offered at an additional rate, however, members pay a lesser fee for these session based classes. 

Plus we're always adding MORE & DIFFERENT classes!
